Are you a bride on a tight budget? For you brides out there who are, we have a wedding cake tip that may help you save money! Just try "FAKING IT"! Get a smaller tiered cake. The bottom tier needs to be real for cake cutting purposes but the top two tiers will be "dummy cakes". The cake will still look beautiful during your reception but guests will not know that ONLY the bottom tier is real cake. Have your baker make a sheet cake that will be stored "behind the scenes" by your caterer at the reception and served to guests! See!! You can have your cake and eat it too!
